Jiangsu Testing Center for Quality of Construction Engineering (Co., Ltd) was established in Mar. 1985 by Jiangsu Institute of Building Research entrusted by Jiangsu Construction Committee. Meanwhile Jiangsu Testing Center for Quality of Construction Engineering(JTC) also has been authorized as the quality inspection station for construction engineering products by the Jiangsu Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, which is the highest inspection organization in the filed of construction engineering in Jiangsu.

With the approval of Jiangsu Construction Committee, Jiangsu Testing Center for Quality of Construction Engineering was registered as Jiangsu Testing Center for Quality of Construction Engineering (Co., Ltd) (here in after referred to as JTC) in April 2004 in Jiangsu Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau and started to act as independent legal person.

JTC received waterway engineering testing qualification          issued by Jiangsu transport committee Engineering Quality Supervision bureau on January 2013. JTC also received highway engineering testing qualification issued by Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China on June 2013.

JTC has become a testing organization which has the most complete test items in Jiangsu Province. According to the construction engineering and product testing fields, JTC is composed by several professional testing departments and testing rooms. With more than 800 sets of main testing equipments、more than 8000m² constant temperature testing rooms, more than 800m² concrete and mortar maintenance rooms, JTC has got special abilities for basic engineering、curtain walls、main structures、steel structures and building energy efficiency testing.

In more than 20 years, JTC has completed hundreds of thousands of various testing tasks, including testing supervision. Many testing tasks were for provincial and city key projects. JTC has won Luban Award of the state level, Yangtze Cup of the provincial level and Jinling Cup of the city level. JTC has participated in the testing work for serious engineering quality accidents and quality disputes in the province, providing scientific evidences for the judgments of provincial Senior People’s Court and the industrial administrative department.

JTC will focus on the construction of labs, continuous enhancement of the general technical qualifications and development of testing items, keeping and improving the accuracy and truthfulness of the testing, so as to meet the increasing demand of quality testing for construction projects and engineering products, and provide good and satisfactory service to the customers.

JTC owns now three branch companies in Jiangsu Province: Suzhou Industrial Park branch company, Suzhou Huangdai  branch company and  Huai’an branch company.
